Kate McElroy is a dynamic physician assistant and a certified Harvard Lifestyle coach. She is passionate about diabetes education and medical weight management. She believes in creating individualized care plans to help her patient be the healthiest version of themselves possible.

​She understands the everyday challenges her patients face, and she wants everyone to know that she is here for you and encourages you to give her a chance to change your life.

​When she is not working, Kate enjoys spending time with her family and likes hiking, weight training, baking, and watching baseball.
