Carson Medical Group is currently seeking a Patient Service Representative – Front Desk. This individual is responsible for welcoming patients to the practice upon arrival, providing excellent customer service while collecting estimated patient financial responsibility, and accurately recording patient information
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Provide exceptional service to all patients and visitors. • Calculate, explain, and collect estimated patient responsibility upon check-in. • Obtain and record accurate patient demographic information upon check-in. • Work with patients to answer questions. • Maintain strict patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent customer service
Good communication skills
Ability to work well with a team
Bilingual a plus
PAY:
Starting at $16.25 per hour
