Emilee joined Carson Medical Group in 2014 as a Nurse Practitioner. Prior to her career, she has had extensive experience in healthcare in various capacities including social work, nursing, and counseling.
Emilee moved to Northern Nevada in 2006 from East Tennessee and has truly been enjoying the “west”. With her active family, life is never boring for Emilee. She loves to spend time hiking and mountain biking with her active family. Her other passions are home cooking, tending to her vegetable/herb garden and reading a good book.
Emilee’s approach to her professional life as a Nurse Practitioner at CMG is all about building relationships and trust with her patients. By asking the right questions and observing how they respond, she can find underlying issues that may not be so obvious at first. “Listening through empathetic ears helps me look for cues to understanding the whole picture of their health.” Emilee explains. “so that I can help guide my patients to making healthy choices for themselves.”
